The Senate Republicans welcome highly motivated Maine citizens and students with an interest in public policy to work as interns in our office. Internships are a great way to gain valuable work experience, serve the State of Maine, and possibly earn college credit. Internships in our office introduce individuals to many aspects of legislating, including constituent services, committee work, and communications. A résumé and cover letter must be submitted.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide interns with monetary compensation. However, you may be able to be reimbursed through your high school or college, as some interns have in the past.
